Well SOE is trying their hand at making their very own cartoony style game. Cartoony as in the graphics appear to be WOW-like rather than their more typical attempts at making things look more real. I have been hearing quite a bit of chatter lately about Vanguard and PVP or the lack of it really. When you consider the more popular and widespread MMO's out there as well as the newer contenders stepping into the mix lately, Vanguard is hurting badly in the PVP area. I am sure that SOE managed to do some market research and based on their findings they did not choose to focus heavily on PVP upgrades enhancements. Greetings all. At the recent Fan Faire in LAs Vegas, SOE proudly announced their plans for the near future as it relates to Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. Much bragging was done about accomplishments they have made so far but a fair portion was dedicated to what is in the works. Hotfix Notes August / 22 / 2007
GAMEPLAY
- Dwarves - Earthen Embrace now removes poisons as intended.
- Food again requires the correct level to be consumed.
- Fix for 40% PvP damage cap. This damage cap now applies to all abilities except DoTs.
