It gives the abom 25% chance to reposte an incomming attack. Which sounds mildly useful for soloing and completely useless for raiding.

Thumbs down on this one. You\'d think that we\'d see something like an improvement over Monsterous Mind of Rage.

Took me 3 Necropsies to get this graft. As Far as the Cartheon Wing goes, this is the only graft. I\'ve necropsied other Cartheon bosses well over a dozen times each, no legendaries to speak of.
