This can be obtained randomly off of any of the 5dot bosses in the temples in Abimissi Lake or Tehatamani Harbor area. Not always there so slow process obtaining it.

It took me nearly 2 years, and aprox. 50 tries, but it finally dropped.

The Monstrous Fist of Stirge is almost as good as this one.

Oh, and the bosses are only 4 dots now! :)
