From any of the games (EverQuest, EverQuest2, and Vanguard) you can send/recieve /tells from a player on any of those other games. I have no idea the address or if existant communication to SWG.
from EverQuest to /tell to someone in Vanguard, I'll give an example of what I was doing between the two games.
Vanguard: Buterfly, Xeth Server
EverQuest: Ataegina, Firiona Vie Server
EverQuest:

Vanguard:

Same concept to EQ2, though I'v neverp layed it, I am unsure of how to go about the tell, it might be [tell, or it might be /tell
But the important thing is it is:
Format:
SOE.GAME.Server.Player
Examples:
SOE.VGD.Test.Lifebaene
SOE.EQ.Antonious.Aroura
SOE.EQ2.Test.Carpetmuncher
*Note: Halgard just had this feature enabled yesterday, so this is capable from all VG servers.
