I was there at lvl 30 but found the place to be a bit over kill for soloing.
everything is a 3 dot and gives so so exp is a pain to kill, IE lots of hp, and slow exp. Lots of quests though.
I personally find shrine of elders a much better spot, very good exp, lots of quests, a riftway right at the quest guys, and tar jarnar(sp) is pretty close by and you can train/sell/bank/mail/exchange IE its all there.
Also you can basically go from lvl 30 to lvl 45ish in the surrounding areas. So its a nice spot to setup shop. |

Getting close to lvl 30 now and was wondering where the Shrine of Elders was at Keeperofstars since I'm not familiar with it.

There is a camp of frogs, non social, non aggro, next to the outpost in Ruin Falls. Great exp from 38-46
They are 43/44 2 dots. @38-40, you will need atleast 1 Piece of +conj & 1 piece of +Evo armor. I had Evo Boots, Conj Gloves, and it worked out great. |

I do not know about level 38 since I was level 39 when I got here but at 39 you do not need any of that gear. I have gear you can quest for in CIS and gear you can buy for under 10 gold total and I can solo these frogs with half my mana left over. Thanks for the tips. Only bad thing the most of the quest do not open until level 41 at 40 you get one, killing the frogs. to bad it not repeatedable, or at least that is what I am told will post exactly once i ding 40. Only 95% to ding  |

28-32 River Valley Quests, both sides of the valley and the native quest camp.
28-32 Wardship of the Sleeping Moon. Some good quests down here, easy to complete solo.
Also, NW of the wardship is a few static camps of basiliks. Ranging from 27 3 dot to 28-29 4 dot. Plenty of area to fear kite, was able to grind out a level in just under an hour. 9k for the three dots, and 18-20k exp for the 4 dots. |
