Spells section updated

Greetings once again.  I have been busy toiling in the spell section and updating a bit of it based on recent changes in the world of Telon.  The biggest tweaks were made to our various finisher spell lines.  Those three spell lines:  Shadow Feast, Sealed Fate, and the new Bone Chill line have all been organized under their own category, Finishers.

Additionally the refresh times and the descriptions have also been adjusted to reflect the changes made to those previously existing finisher spells.  Have a peek and check them out.
