New sub lvl 50 spell drop stress and Avair's reply!

Greetings fellow necromancers. TLC and dropped lower level sspells has been a recent subject of debate and stress for many of us who were over the optimal level to obtain these spells in the dungeons where they are dropping.

TLC concerns have been the buzz over this recent reintroduction of these spells. Avair stopped by the forums to clarify how this should be working and had the following to say:

"The way it is supposed to work is this:

Sub level 50 abilities are supposed to drop off of a certain kill the first time you kill it, one per person in the group that qualifies for the dropped spell (such as 1 FD scroll dropping for each necro, etc.)

The level 50 ones are supposed to drop at a certain rate and be tradable, etc.

The situation we were trying to avoid here is to have high level farmers taking all of the scroll kills and scalping them to low level characters that couldn't compete for the kills. This was solved by essentially making the scrolls non farmable. The sub 50 scrolls should not be affected by trivial loot code or anything like that, but a player should not be able to get more than one of a spell from the sub 50 scrolls.

If this is not how it turned out, please respond to this thread, I'll be keeping an eye on it. Thanks.

Let's test out how this is in fact working and hope that there are no issues with how it actualy functions versus how it was supposed to be functioning.
