Greetings all, I wanted to take a moment to spread the news about the recent House of Commons.  If there can be belief in what they say then we can expect to see quite a bir of changes in Vanguard in the next couple months.  Obviously too long for many players but at least there are some short term plans for the game.  This is what was posted over on the Official SOE Site:

"Last night we had the pleasure of participating in a House of Commons chat hosted by the folks at Stratics! There was a nice turn out, with plenty of great questions asked! If you missed it, worry not – here's a small highlight of the evening's chat!

Phathom, Silius, Glip, Tiraslee and Ellyra were all on hand to field questions from players for well over an hour. Things got off to a great start with Anon5387 asking when we'll be able to see a tiny sample of the new character models? Phathom jumped right in, and revealed that we'll be giving Fan Faire attendees the first real glimpse!

"We are done with our Male models and wrapping up the next couple of weeks working on the Female models. We will be unveiling both models at the Fan Faire in Las Vegas August 14 through 17. We'll be giving a sneak peak to the players that show up that weekend and will follow up with them going live within the next couple weeks after."

Thund, guildleader of BoTS on the Xeth server, spoke up for raiders when asking about the progress on Pantheon and the possibility of other dungeons for high-end players.

Silius was happy to announce that work on Pantheon is coming along nicely. "[The] group portion is already populated and we are working out some of the unique abilities for the base pop right now. The raid dungeon is still be worked on by art and we are in the planning stages for its layout." He hinted that there are plans for future dungeons, but stated that the Nexus is the only one he's willing to talk about publically for now.

Those who keep a close eye on the Community know that Vanguard has been receiving a well deserved burst of attention lately. Kanthar was curious about how this "second coming" has affected the team?

Pathom joked that those around the office who could swagger were definitely walking around with a much stronger stride! "It has been awesome to see all of the players returning… Seriously though, things are looking great from the feedback we have been receiving lately."

In a grand-finale of chatting, everyone on the Vanguard team had a chance to answer the question that asked, "If you could add any feature you want to vanguard right now, what would it be?"
